Description
Retatrutide (also referenced under the research label "GLP-3 RT" by some suppliers) is a synthetic single-molecule triple agonist engaging the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, bearing a γ-glutamic acid C20 fatty diacid side chain that supports albumin binding. In vitro and rodent-model research literature has characterized its interaction with the three class B GPCRs and downstream cAMP/PKA signaling pathway activation patterns across pancreatic, hepatic, and adipose tissue (Coskun et al., Cell Metab., 2022).
