Due to the nature of research compounds — including the impossibility of verifying a product’s handling, storage conditions, and chain of custody once it has left our control — all sales are final. PeptaLux does not accept returns and does not issue refunds, exchanges, store credit, or replacements after delivery, except as expressly provided in Section 2 below or as required by non-waivable applicable law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
The following are the only circumstances in which PeptaLux will consider a refund, reshipment, or other remedy. Each is subject to verification by PeptaLux, and the remedy, where granted, is limited to the product purchase price(excluding shipping fees and any applicable taxes) unless a non-waivable law requires otherwise.
2.1 Non-delivery. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and has not been delivered within forty-five (45) days of dispatch, Buyer may request, within fifteen (15) days following the end of that period, either (a) a one-time reshipment (subject to product availability), or (b) a refund of the product purchase price. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
2.2 Visibly damaged shipment. If the outer packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, Buyer must (a) refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier at the point of delivery, and (b) notify returns@peptalux.com, with clear photographs of the packaging and product, within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. If the claim is verified, PeptaLux will, at its sole option, reship the product or refund the product purchase price.
2.3 Wrong product shipped. If the product delivered is materially different from the product Buyer ordered, Buyer must notify returns@peptalux.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, retain all original packaging and contents, and follow PeptaLux’s return instructions. Verified errors will be remedied by reshipment of the correct product or a refund of the product purchase price, at PeptaLux’s sole option.
2.4 General conditions applicable to all exceptions. To be eligible under any exception above, Buyer must (a) submit the request within the stated timeframe; (b) provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any required photographs; (c) retain all packaging, vials, and contents until the claim is resolved; and (d) cooperate with any reasonable verification request, which may include returning the product using a prepaid label provided by PeptaLux. Failure to meet any of these conditions voids eligibility. PeptaLux will not issue duplicate remedies for the same order.
Without limiting the generality of Section 1, and for the avoidance of doubt, PeptaLux does not provide refunds, exchanges, reshipments, or credit for any of the following:
Buyer agrees to contact PeptaLux at returns@peptalux.com to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with any bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
A chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting PeptaLux and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of these terms and authorizes PeptaLux, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) cancel any pending or future orders; (b) suspend or ban Buyer’s accounts, payment methods, and shipping addresses; (c) recover all chargeback fees, costs of collection, and reasonable attorneys’ fees from Buyer; and (d) report the chargeback and associated information to fraud-prevention networks and services.
In connection with any disputed, unauthorized, or fraudulent chargeback, Buyer authorizes PeptaLux to disclose all relevant order records — including research-use gate acceptance, time-stamped IP logs, signed or click-accepted acknowledgments, order and shipping records, and delivery confirmation — to the applicable card network, payment processor, financial institution, fraud-prevention service, and law enforcement, as necessary to contest the chargeback or report fraud.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any consumer right or guarantee that cannot be limited, excluded, or modified under applicable law. Where such a non-waivable right applies, this Policy operates to the maximum extent permitted by law alongside that right.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. PeptaLux is not responsible for the time taken by the payment processor or card issuer to post a refund to Buyer’s account, which is governed by their respective policies and is outside our control.
All refund and reshipment requests must be submitted to returns@peptalux.com and must include: (a) the order number; (b) a clear description of the issue; and (c) photographs, where applicable (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect product). PeptaLux will review each eligible request in good faith. PeptaLux’s determination regarding eligibility and remedy is final, subject only to the dispute-resolution procedures set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
