Order processing, fulfillment, and shipping terms.

Orders typically process within one (1) to five (5) business days following payment clearance and successful completion of any eligibility or fraud-prevention review. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PeptaLux is not liable for processing delays, and a processing delay does not entitle Buyer to cancellation, refund, or any other remedy.
PeptaLux ships within the United States only, via reputable carriers selected at our discretion. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout and are estimates provided by the carrier — they are not guarantees of delivery by any particular date. PeptaLux does not ship internationally and does not ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, package-consolidation services, or U.S. addresses used to re-ship goods abroad. Orders identified as attempting to circumvent this restriction may be canceled, with a refund of the product purchase price, at PeptaLux’s discretion.
Orders are fulfilled by PeptaLux directly or by a third-party logistics provider acting at PeptaLux’s direction. PeptaLux is the merchant of record and seller of record for all orders. The identity of any fulfillment partner is confidential, proprietary, and not material to Buyer’s purchase.
Outer packaging does not display product names or descriptions. This practice is for shipping consistency and privacy and is not a representation regarding the nature, contents, value, or legality of any shipment. Research Use Only (RUO) labeling is affixed to product-level packaging consistent with the framework recognized under 21 CFR § 809.10(c)(2)(i).
Buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PeptaLux is not liable for failed delivery, misdelivery, loss, theft, or delay caused by an inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address provided by Buyer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing and are not possible after dispatch. Reshipment of an order returned due to a Buyer address error is governed by Section 10.
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon PeptaLux’s delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Carrier delays, losses, theft, and damage occurring after that point are matters between Buyer and the carrier, except to the limited extent expressly addressed in our Refund Policy (for example, confirmed non-delivery or shipments arriving visibly damaged).
PeptaLux reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipment to any destination, person, or address at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, where a shipment would create regulatory, legal, compliance, or operational risk. PeptaLux maintains an internal restricted-destinations and restricted-parties list that may change at any time without notice. Where an order is canceled under this Section before dispatch, Buyer’s sole remedy is a refund of the product purchase price.
PeptaLux is not liable for any delay in, or failure of, performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, governmental or regulatory actions, public-health events, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, power or network outages, labor disputes or actions, acts of war or terrorism, and civil unrest. In such events, the affected performance obligation is suspended for the duration of the event.
Tracking numbers, where provided, are furnished for Buyer’s convenience only. PeptaLux does not control and does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of carrier tracking information.
Shipments returned to PeptaLux due to delivery refusal (other than a properly documented damaged-shipment refusal under the Refund Policy), address error, an unclaimed or undeliverable package, or rejection by any authority are noteligible for a refund of the product purchase price or shipping fees, except as required by non-waivable law. Where reshipment is available, it requires Buyer’s prepayment of new shipping fees. Perishable or temperature-sensitive compounds that have been in transit beyond their stable window may not be eligible for reshipment.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-waivable consumer right under applicable law. Where such a right applies, this Policy operates to the maximum extent permitted by law.
