FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about research-grade peptides, ordering, and documentation.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document from an independent third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and composition of a compound. Every PeptaLux product ships with a batch-specific COA verifying ≥98% purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry.
Who can purchase from PeptaLux?
PeptaLux products are available to verified researchers, university labs, pharmaceutical research facilities, and independent research professionals. All products are for research use only and require account verification.
How are products shipped?
All peptide orders are shipped with insulated cold-chain packaging and gel packs to maintain temperature between 2–8°C. Temperature indicators are included. We ship to 40+ countries.
What is your processing time?
Most orders are processed same day. Priority processing is available for urgent research needs.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is automatically applied at checkout: 3–5 units of any compound receive 10% off, and 6+ units receive 15% off.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
What reconstitution supplies do I need?
Most peptides require bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. We carry Reconstitution Water in 3ml and 10ml sizes — add to your cart directly from the product page or at checkout.
How do I access my COA documents?
COA documents are available in the COA Library on our website. You can also access batch documentation through your account dashboard after purchase.
