Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters processing, cancellation may not be possible.
